In North Carolina, "professional dog trainer" is not a protected title. No certification required. No insurance required. That's why backyard trainers keep popping up promising results they can't deliver.
To pass Google's screening we had to prove certification (NePoPo™ and IACP), pass a full background check on our owners, hold real business licenses, carry pet-training liability insurance covering our company, trainers and clients, and verify our reviews.
Only two companies in Charlotte passed.

Our signature 5-week program is $2,900. Programs vary in price depending on where your dog is starting and how long we estimate it will take to reach your goals, so the only way to give an accurate quote is to evaluate your dog during the free transformation session. Not every dog we meet is a great fit — and we'll tell you.

We are the only dog training company in Charlotte using NePoPo™ methods — the most up-to-date and advanced dog training language. Our staff is trained in purely positive techniques as well as a balanced approach with pressure and release. We customize based on how your dog responds during the free transformation session. You are not required to train with an e-collar.
Most training happens in our 5,000 square foot facility in South End, Charlotte. Our urban location lets us train at local breweries and markets too. Every dog gets multiple pack walks and field trips daily around our busy neighborhood to desensitize, socialize, and build a neutral dog. Board & train dogs also live with our families for real-world exposure.
